Work Condition: Attention to detail and standing for extended periods.

Job Description Specific Skills:
• Prepare and cook full course meals including all Veg. And non-veg. curries and cook individual dishes and foods.
• Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions.
• Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
• Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
• Order according to food health and safety standards
• Handling and monitoring multiple food orders at one time.
• Manage kitchen operations.
