Job Description Specific Skills:
• Oversee daily operations of the Domino's Pizza restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain stock levels and meet customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including promotions, marketing initiatives, and customer retention programs.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and operations to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports.
• Collaborate with upper management and other stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies and objectives.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
