Job Duties:

Access and process information

Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Answer inquiries and provide information to customers

Arrange for billing for services

Arrange for refunds and credits

Explain the type and cost of services offered

Issue receipts and other forms

Maintain records and statistics

Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Receive payments

Sell merchandise

Job Description Requirements

Education: Completion of secondary school is required

Experience: Experience is an asset. On the job training will be provided

Automotive knowledge is required

Work conditions and Physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods.

Personal suitability: Excellent written and oral communication, Initiative, Client focus, Accurate, Judgement, Efficient interpersonal skills, Team player, Organized

Language: English is required

Salary: $20.00 hourly, 40 hours per week

Benefits: Profit Sharing (after 1000 hours worked), Health Benefits, Employee’s discount 10%. Transportation cost covered if worker needs to relocate.

Important Information: Flexibility in schedule is required. The worker will work 9-hour shifts per day, including one unpaid 60-minutes lunch break. The shifts will be schedule between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. Work on weekends will be required. Overtime and overnight shifts may be required depending on business needs.
