Job Description What you will be doing
Create software solutions by studying information needs, how systems work, how data is used, and the processes involved.
Decide if it's practical by evaluating the analysis, defining the problem, requirements, coming up with solutions, and proposing answers.
Actively participate in designing and examining new features and projects along with the CTO and other senior engineers
Actively engage in reviewing and understanding technical specifications.
Contribute to exploring and testing new ideas, concepts, and prototypes.
Use developer skills to improve systems, user experience, and how different systems work together.
Assist with developing and introducing solutions by defining and designing system specifications, standards, and coding.
Plan and carry out software upgrades when needed.
Keep up-to-date with the latest development tools, coding methods, and computer equipment.
Perform any additional tasks as required.

What we are looking for
5+ years of software development experience
Experience designing, building, testing and deploying features
Ability to work independently on projects from requirements to release
Experience with full stack development including JS/Jquery, Blazor, C#, .NET (Core, MVC)
Knowledge of cloud development principles (Azure/AWS/GCP/Serverless/Microservices)
Familiarity with system and network infrastructure concepts
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related experience

Nice to have:
Experience with Rapid prototyping
Expertise with Azure DevOps
Startup experience
