Job Description • Supervise and manage gas station staff to for efficient operations.
• Responsible to schedule and assign duties to staff, monitor their performance, and provide feedback and training.
• Oversee inventory control and ordering of fuel, merchandise, and supplies.
• Monitor sales and expenses and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform cash management duties, including preparing deposits, reconciling cash drawers etc.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, if required
