TRU BUBBLE TEA was found in 2018 in the corner of a small food court, even Uber Eats drivers complain that it is impossible to find. The people of this city have inspired TRU. We’re constantly experimenting and innovating drinks catering to various audiences from different cultures. We are not afraid to try new things, you can count on us to produce the most exciting and remarkable drinks.
Our company is expanding and is seeking a food and service supervisor with at least three months of working experience to join our team at Etobicoke.
Main duties
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff preparing, dispensing, and serving bubble tea and food,
Establish work schedules and procedures,
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies needed to prepare teas,
Prepare bubble tea order summaries for Tearista/Barista based on requests from dietitians, hospital patients, or other customers,
Ensure food and service meets quality control standards,
Participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and budgets,
Maintain and calculate records of inventory, maintenance, sales, and loss,
Train staff on job duties, and health and safety procedures,
Plan bubble tea menus and determine associated ingredient and labor costs.

Job Description
Experience
At least three months of experience working in a relevant bubble tea market industry
A college diploma or higher level of education
Knowledge of the bubble tea market Industry is an asset
Skills
Ability to work with people of different personalities and diverse cultural backgrounds independently
Ability to build, coordinate, and maintain good working relationships with existing and prospective clients and supplier
Excel in Microsoft Suite and social media applications etc.

Salary
Full-time position
$17.00-22.00 per hour (to be negotiated) for 30 hours a week, 52 weeks a year
Two weeks of paid annual vacation after each 12-month vacation entitlement year
