Job Description
General duties as:
-Prepare and cook signature dishes in the menu such as sashimi, Poke bowl, sushi burrito, etc.
-Prepare sashimi, vegetables, and meats and make Korean and Japanese authentic sauces for the menu
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
-Order supplies and equipment and clean kitchen and work areas if needed
-Manage kitchen operations
