Tasks/ Job duties: Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of seafood, Wrap and package prepared seafood, Weigh seafood for sale, Clean and prepare seafood, Cut seafood into steaks and fillets, Prepare special displays of fish products, Shape, lace and tie seafood
