Office Administrator
Salary: $27.50 to $28.50 hourly
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time (30-35 Hours per week)

We are seeking an Intelligent Assistant/Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events.
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
• Coordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
• Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines and procedures are followed.
• Develop and implement organized filing systems.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration would be an asset.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
