Tasks/ Job Duties: Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement policies and programs of restaurant business, Authorize and organize the establishment of all aspects of restaurant staff positions, Co-ordinate the work of all aspects of restaurant departments, Establish financial and administrative controls, Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, Approve overall human resources planning, Establish objectives for the restaurant business and formulate or approve policies and programs, Represent the restaurant in negotiations or other official functions, Select all managers, supervisors and other staff and delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility
