Job Details Best Asia Tire Corp is a premium factory with direct tires from one of the largest tire manufacturers in the world. We are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor with the personality of client focus, dependability, initiative, ability to multitask, and joining us as a team player.

Job duties include:
- Supervise and guide sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service;
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to sales staff and ensure they are carried out efficiently;
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages;
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance;
- Assist with inventory control, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining merchandise stock levels;
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.

Working location: Bay 12, 91 Skyline Cres NE Calgary, AB T2K 5X2

This position will be full-time and permanent; the wage will be $22.00/hour with 35-40 working hours per week. The overtime rate begins after 8 hours of work per day and/or after 44 hours of work per week. Overtime work will be paid 1.5x the regular pay rate.
