Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Create and establish customer service processes and procedures
• Oversee and guide customer service and sales representatives
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Design and conduct customer surveys/interviews on focus groups to collect statistics
• Prepare and present reports to the management and other departments about customer feedback and service trends
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, other departments, and the management
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation
• Manage resources such as budgets, equipment, and personnel to optimize customer service operations
• Identify training needs and provide training and ongoing coaching to customer services and sales representatives in job duties and company policies
• Adapt to changes in customer service technology, tools, or strategies to stay competitive and meet evolving customer needs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Knowledge of information technology is an asset
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position
• A deep understanding of customer service principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex customer inquiries and issues
• leadership and management abilities to guide and motivate other staff in the team
• Proven capability to analyze customer service metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in using MS office and other relevant tools
