Job Description
• Supervising and coordinating with the warehouse team.
• Communicate regularly with other production coordinators, warehouse, production, and construction supervisors, and purchasing and inventory teams to coordinate activities between warehouses, production floors, construction sites, or other supply chain work units or departments.
• Track the status of goods in real time to ensure contracts are being fulfilled.
• Delivering solutions to any logistics problems while maintaining a high quality of service.
• Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner.
• Prepare and maintain various reports on the progress of work, materials used, rates of production, and other production information, using manual or computerized systems.
• Negotiating contracts with manufacturers and transportation carriers.
• Maintaining reports and records of inventory.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, supply chain management, or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in shipping and logistics
• Strong knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel, MS Outlook
• Inventory control software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and interact with customers.

Vacation: 2 weeks or 4% of salary, calculated annually
