We value innovation, creativity, and collaboration. We currently have a permanent full-time position opening for the School Maintenance Manager.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Direct the maintenance and repair of school buildings infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
Develop and implement schedules and procedures of safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
Co-ordinate cleaning, snow removal and landscaping operations
Plan and manage the school maintenance budget
Training and supervision of staff
Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services

Job Description Qualifications

Completed Degree or Diploma in a related field
At least 3 years relevant experience
Reliability, Dependability, Accurate and Team player, mandarin as an assessment
Familiar with Windows system
