Job Details Term: Full-time, minimum 3-year contract
Wage: $32.00 per hour, 35 hours per week
Annual salary range: $58,000-$62,000

Requirements:
1. 5 years of electronic products sales experience
2. Can work in flexible schedules
3. With sufficient online sales knowledge and skills
4. Having the knowledge of fixing the scale sensor is an asset
5. Bilingual speaker, English and Mandarin, language capacity proof is required
6. Excellent customer service skills
7. Team worker, able to accurately pass the clients’ need to company’s design group
8. Having travel experience

Job Description 1. Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients in North American aera;
2. Familiar with the company’s products and able to distinguish their different functions and usages;
3. Identify and solicit potential clients, approaching them in a proper way;
4. Assess clients' needs, recommend or assist them in the selection of appropriate goods,
and negotiate prices under the company’s policy;
5. Provide input into product design to suit clients' needs;
6. Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain customer records;
7. Provide after sale support services in term of offering knowledge of operating and maintaining the scales, troubleshooting technical problems;
8. Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce;
9. May offer training in the operation and maintenance of equipment to retail clients;
10. Directly report to CEO and may conduct other tasks related to the product sale issued by CEO.
