Job Details
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of food outlets (cotton candy) in shopping centres.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Possess expert skill to prepare various types of custom-ordered cotton candies.
• Train staffs in preparation and handling custom-ordered cotton candies, update the trend of customized cotton candy and retraining the staffs for highest products.
• Manage multi-stores with traveling the stores to training the staffs.
• Experience with photo booth operation and its management including ordering supplies.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations to be followed.
• Negotiate with suppliers abroad of equipment and parts and raw material, particularly Korean suppliers of cotton candy.
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets and its setup at customers’ sites.
