Languages: English
Education: High school graduation certificate required
Experience: Work experience as a nail and spa service manager for 1 year or more required
Tasks/ Job Duties: Hire, train and supervise staff, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, Address customer’s complaints or concerns, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Respond to employee questions and complaints, Plan and control budget and inventory
Supervision: More than 20 people
