Main duties:
Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a
welcoming environment
• Schedule and confirm medical appointments, as well as receive and transmit
messages for medical personnel and patients.
• Entering and formatting electronic medical reports and correspondence, as well as
preparing spreadsheets and documents for review
• Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
• Manage communication including emails and phone calls
Requirements:
– College, CEGEP or other non-university or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
– Minimum six months to one year of experience is required.
