Education: Completion of secondary (high) school
Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Job Description Job Descriptions: In this role, the restaurant assistant manager will be asked to perform a variety of functions. This can involve many different tasks, including hiring and training staff, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance and safety requirements.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
• Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Resolving customers' concerns, questions, and grievances in a professional manner
• Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations
• Purchasing new ingredients, kitchen utensils, and equipment and maintaining inventory
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Develop, implement, and analyze budgets.
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Conduct performance reviews
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
