Responsibilities

Tasks:
-Confer with vendors to identify and document or process requirements
-Analyze processes control and optimization, and propose customized solutions to improve performance and efficiency
-Design, test, and implement production solutions. Coated glass line process engineering
-Autonomous maintenance and SMED activities management and ensure safety features in production line
-Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
-Act as a liaison between the operations departments, technology teams and support teams
-Conduct tests to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system changes and enhancements
-Process development and MRP system set up for products industrialization strategies and implementation.
-KPI system and problem solving, suggestion of solutions.
-May, budget management if required
