Job Description:



Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases

Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents

Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically

Send and receive messages

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Prepare invoices and bank deposits

Provide general information to clients and the public

Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing

Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Label, file and retrieve documents

Locate and remove files requested

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

Manage and maintain music inventory

Order vending machine supplies and maintain inventory

Answer phone calls and schedule studio bookings

Communicate the needs of event promoters and band managers to the studio manager
Job Description Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary education is required.

Experience: Experience is a strong asset. On-the-job training will be provided.

Important information: The position requires working on shifts of 6 to 8 hours per day. The shifts will be scheduled within the business operating hours from 12 pm to 11 pm, from Monday to Friday, depending on the business needs. Flexibility on schedule is required as some days may start earlier and others finish later. Work on weekends may be required depending on the business needs.
