But Roussel is much more than eavestrough; we provide outstanding products and services in the areas of Custom Moulding, Siding, Soffit and Fascia and extensive work in custom fabricated using our advanced CNC machine for a variety of applications both commercial and residential.

Job Duties:

Determine layout and installation procedures

Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations

Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies

Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment

Utilize hand and power tools

Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications

Install, repair, and service interior or exterior prefabricated products

Drive among work locations to do the installations

Job Description Requirements

Education: Some secondary education is required

Experience: Experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided.

Work conditions and Physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Attention to detail

Driver’s license G2 is required.

Salary: $22.00 hourly, 30 - 40 hours per week

Benefits: Piece work. Vehicle supplied by employer for work related tasks only. Transportation costs covered if worker needs to relocate.

Important Information: Regular work schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. However, flexibility on schedule is required as some days will start earlier and others finish later depending on the business needs and weather. Work on weekends and overtime may be required. **We guarantee at least 30 hours of work per week regardless of the weather.
