Job Details Broadleaf Ranch is looking for full time Food Service Supervisors at 5526 Rte. 114, Hopewell Hill Albert County, New Brunswick Canada E4H 3N5. There are 2 positions available.

Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Prepare and submit reports
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Hire food service staff

Job Description Hours of work are 40 hours/week. Pay is $15/hour. Successful candidates must speak English and have completed high school. Minimum work experience is 2 years hands on experience.
