Job description:
•Approach all encounters with guests in a friendly manner and provide attentive services
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities for the team
• Assist supervisor to ensure smooth operation of the spa
•assign, and review team member’s work
• Resolve work-related problems and report to the supervisor
• Assist spa supervisor, assist in the implementation of training of policies and procedures
• Report to the spa supervisor about maintain inventory
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and report for maintenance and repair work
• Periodically inspects all guest areas, such as lounge areas, front desk, treatment and pre-treatment areas to ensure they are kept neat and orderly

Job Requirement:
Language: English
Education: Secondary (High) School graduation certificate
Team leader experiences is preferred
At least one year experience working at spa setting is preferred
Work Condition: Fast-paced environment; work under pressure
Personal: client focus; detail oriented; reliable
