Job Duties:
- Build pallets
- Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
- Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products
- Ship orders
- Weigh materials and goods
- Make labels and attach to goods
- Provide customer service
- Wrap goods
- Pack and unpack goods
- Sort, crate, and stack goods
- Install, lash and secure goods
- Store cargo and materials
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Operate computerized inventory control systems
- Load transport vehicles
- Load unprocessed material into various machinery
- Operate machinery

Job Description Requirements
Education: Some secondary school education is required
Experience: Experience is an asset. On-the-job training is provided
Fork lift experience loading and unloading is an asset
Work conditions and Physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive Tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Work site environment: Indoors, Outdoors, Hot, Cold/refrigerated, Wet/damp, Dusty, Noisy
Personal suitability: Organized, Team player, Reliability, Client focus, Accurate.
Weight handling: Up to 45kg (100 lbs)
Work setting: Warehouse
Language: Basic level of English is required.
Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly, 30-42.5 hours per week
Benefits: Transportation costs covered if workers need to relocate – benefit package provided to the worker after 8 months of employment. Important Information: Work schedule is 5 days a week, on a rotational basis, from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm or from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Flexibility on schedule is required based on the business needs. Work on weekends and holidays may be required. Overtime is required. **We guarantee at least 30 hours of work per week regardless of the weather**
