We are looking for a high-energy candidate with validated experience in facilities management with a demonstrated focus in responsible buildings property.


Key Responsibilities:
* Overall responsibilities for overseeing the implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure well-managed and well maintained facilities within buildings and infrastructure in communities
* Conduct evaluation on facilities operation within the construction projects, give suggestion and make modification on facilities planning and space allocation, including infrastructure design, utility system design within the responsible construction projects, to ensure the safety and efficiency of all building systems
* Administer maintenance of the interior and exterior of the properties, coordinate building security and maintenance services and all maintenance schedules
* Supervise on-site installations to ensure facility and equipment in normal and safe condition
* Maintain communication and contacts with contractors, vendors and other technician
* Negotiate bids and contracts for third party workers
* Prepare and monitor building/ facility maintenance budget and cost
* Improve and modify management and maintenance policy of property/ facility
* Interview, train and supervise facilities personnel


Qualification:
5+ years of proven experience in property and facility management or other related fields
University or college education is required
Knowledgeable on electrical, plumbing or other building mechanics is preferred
Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Superior customer service skills and orientation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
