Job Details West Coast Fishing Club (Phase II Management) is looking for an experienced a full-time, permanent (40 hr) Inventory Supervisor!

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise, schedule, and assign workers to their weekly shifts.
• Train other storekeepers and inventory control workers.
• Be responsible for controlling all operations of warehouse as directed
• Plan and execute inbound materials shipment, receiving, storing in depot & store.
• Plan and manage periodic inventory counts/audits to ensure physical inventory matches with theoretical inventory in computer systems
• Allocate parts and materials to ongoing maintenance work orders in FIFO principle
• Continuously improve inventory life cycle and correspond with purchasing team when materials hit re-order levels.
• Coordinate with guest services, head office and other stakeholders for upcoming bookings and party sizes, events for special inventory measurements.
• Prepare reports and presentations if necessary to corresponding departments
• Follow up safety and security policies of WCFC

Job Description And:

• 1+ year(s) of proven relevant work experience
• Completion of Secondary School, related trade program or certificate is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal & relationship skills, problem solving
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, shift work may be required; weekend, nights

Remuneration:
$35.00 per/hr + 2 weeks vacation
