Job description:
• Approach all encounters with guests in a friendly manner and provide attentive services
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities
• Ensure smooth operation of the spa, assign, and review the work of the spa; monitor the quality of service
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare progress
• Assist spa recruitment, assist in the implementation of training of policies and procedures directed by the spa manager
• Maintain inventory, order the supplies when needed
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work if needed
• Periodically inspects all guest areas, such as lounge areas, front desk, treatment and pre-treatment areas to ensure they are kept neat and orderly
Job Requirement:
Language: English
Education: Secondary (High) school graduation certificate
Supervision: supervise/training experience for a team of 5+ team members is preferred
Work condition: fast-paced environment; work under pressure
Personal: client focus; detail oriented; reliable; team player
