Job Description:



Establish methods to meet work schedules
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Hire food service staff
Ensure food service and quality control
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Establish work schedules
Job Description Requirements:

- Education: Completion of secondary is required

- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required. In

the event that the candidate does not have at least 2 years of experience, a post-secondary certificate related to hospitality or food and beverage service is required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods, Walking, Physically demanding.

Personal Suitability: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Team player

Ability to supervise: 20+ people

Language: English is required



Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 hourly, 40-50 hours per week.



Benefits: 50% Discount on meals while at work, 2% tip out, medical and dental benefits are provided.



Important Information:

Flexibility in schedule is required. The worker will work 5-6 days per week, 6-10 hours per day, between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Rotating shifts, overtime and weekend work is a must. 1-2 days off per week on a rotational basis. The workers will rotate between the two locations.
