Job Details Head Dispatcher
We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Head Dispatcher to join our team in Richmond, BC.
Vega Line Moving & Storage Services has a great reputation in the moving industry, we specialize in residential, commercial and business moves within North America.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise co-ordinate dispatch crew
• Supervise internal workflow
• Monitor dispatcher calls to ensure performance, integrity, and professionalism
• Supervise schedule requisitions and drivers
• Scheduling crew members and routes
• Maintain vehicle and equipment maintenance records
• Resolve issues, report progress to manager

Job Description Requirements:
• Complete high school diploma is required.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, customer oriented.
Remuneration:
• Full-time permanent 40hr per week
• $28.9/per hour.
