Job Description Job duties:
- Negotiate for arrangements with food suppliers, negotiate import arrangements for Korean ingredients, plated and other supplies required
- Recruit, train and supervise staff, as well as Schedule staff hours and assign duties
- Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problem, and evaluate employee performance in dining facilities
- Monitor budgets and payroll records, review financial transactions and manage tax-related documents
- Marketing and business promotion
- Maintain Food and equipment inventories and keep inventory records
- Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations, and building maintenance in dining facilities
