Job Description:
• Set up machines and equipment
• Tran staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and companies policies
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
• Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• May establish work schedules
• Prepare production and other related reports
• Establish methods to meet work goals
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies needed for processing.
Job Description
Requirements:
-Education: Completion of secondary school is required
-Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a textile labourer is required
-Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills, Reliability, Organized, Client focus, Team player, Judgement, Flexibility, Excellent oral and written communication
-Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, Sitting, Standing for extended periods, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing and walking
-Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Office
-Ability to supervise: From 1 to 10 workers (Labourers in textile processing)
Language: English is required
Salary: $18.51 to $20.00 hourly, 37.5 hours per week

Important Information:
Work schedule is from Monday to Friday. Work will start at 8:30 AM and end at 4:30 PM.
