KAB is expanding its operations worldwide with special emphasis on Middle Eastern booming construction market so we currently looking to hire a qualified Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) Engineer to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is hard working, motivated to develop their capabilities, and eager to increase their responsibilities within the company.

• Salary: $42.00 hourly for 35 hours per week

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Qualifications
• AABC Certified Testing Balancing Engineer (TBE) or Eligible for it
• Minimum of 6 months experience with AABC certified agency as TAB Engineer
• Competent in performing Fume hood testing as per ASHRAE standard 110
• Can produce AABC certified TAB reports
• Competent in performing duct leakage testing as per SMACNA & AHSRAE standards
• Competent in AutoCAD MEP 2022
• Know how to operate Alnor Balometer EBT731, Shortridge Hydro Data Multimeter HDM-250 instrumentation

Job Description
• Perform testing, adjusting & balancing of HVAC systems, including taking air flow traverse, sheave and pullies adjustment, terminal boxes calibration and setting
• Perform water testing and balancing of hydronic systems for commercial and industrial applications including setting up system pressure, pumps & control system
• Conduct diagnostic testing of HVAC systems and provide report of system status and recommendations
• Prepare an AABC certified reports for our projects
• Conduct leakage testing for air system as per SMACNA & ASHRAE standards
• Perform fume hood testing of medical and scientific laboratories as per ASHRAE standard 110
