Qualifications Requirement :
• Standard Mandarin pronunciation, language fluency
• Have a solid knowledge of Chinese culture and literacy.
• Bachelor degree, Background in education, language, culture, and mathematics is a plus
• 5+ years of teaching experience
• Energetic, creative and enthusiastic teachers with experience in teaching
• Independent teaching and learning material research
• Full of enthusiasm, a sense of responsibility, hard-working
• Familiarity with software, have experience in Multimedia Teaching and online teaching
• Great communication skills

Job Description 1. Help students develop and implement learning plans
2. Employ a variety of instructional techniques and strategies to meet different aptitudes and interests of students and develop good learning habits (including but not limited to time management, reading, learning initiative, etc.. ).
3. Design the tutoring course. Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies
4. Organize social activities, primarily volunteer events
5. Help the International students integrate into local life and promote their Chinese culture and language knowledge.
6. Provide Mandarin language tutoring.
