Title of the position:
Machining Tool Operator

Main duties:
Tube-Mac is looking to hire a Machining Tool Operator to join its team in Canada (Stoney Creek, Ontario).
The duties include:
• Operate and set-up metal cutting machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Verify dimensions of parts with measuring instruments as per the blueprint
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
• Propose improvements to the process or machines as needed
• Maintain operating procedures and manuals

Required skills:
o Minimum 1 year experience in operating CNC machine tools.
o Experience in Robotic set up is an asset.
o Minimum High School Degree.

Language requirements:
Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of English (oral) is required.

Terms of Employment, Wage and working hours:
Temporary Position for 2 years with possibility of extension. Hourly wage of $ 22.00 an hour for 40 hours per week.
