Salary: C$16 – C$18 per hour
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Other benefits:
• Overtime benefits will be paid after 40 hours/week
• 4% vacation pay will be paid.
Language: English. Knowledge of French is an asset.

Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:

Childcare provider will be performing the following job duties:

• Supervise and care the child in employer's residence
• Bathe, dress and feed the child
• Change diapers when necessary
• Plan, prepare and serve meals and perform other light housekeeping duties
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
• Guide the child to maintain personal hygiene
• Tend to the emotional well-being of the child and support her with the social development
• Discipline according to the methods requested by the parents
• Take the child to and from any outside of school activities and nearby play area if necessary
• Oversee child activities while playing outside

Education:

• No formal education is required
• Child care experience is an asset
