• Plan and direct the operations of office administration;
• Control budget, monitor costs for contracts, equipment and supplies;
• Plan out the activities and routine for the children;
• Evaluate and review administrative management system, adjust and implement new administrative procedures;
• Supervise implementation and compliance of administrative procedures, regulations and standards;
• Coordinate office administration and other departments and provide administrative supports when needed;
• Establish work procedures, work priorities, appraisal standards and other administrative regulations;
• Manage records, including financial records, child files, and keep records of care-giver’s qualifications, training, degrees or certifications and contract information;
• Interview and recruit employees, and arrange for occupational training, review and assess employee performances.

Qualifications
• College diploma in education, business administration or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years of administrative management experience in educational institution;
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment;
• Ability to finish tasks under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills;
• Excellent leader and team player;
• Well organized
