 To prepare all types of Indian Sweets like Burfi, Rasgulla, Gulab Jaman, Jalebi, Amtriti, Laddu, Gajrella, Rasmalai, Patisa, Chum Chum, Badana, Shaina Murgi, , Petha, Shakar Pare, Kalakand etc. to be used daily in dinner and Buffet
  Prepare in Bulk all sweets at the time of Indian Festivals
