Mexhico Restaurant is
your Seat-in and take-out Mexican Restaurant located in downtown Barrie, ON. Mexhico
considers itself a space for tradition, culinary art and inspirational Mexican
gastronomy. Plant based Mexican inspired food.We are currently looking
for a full time “Cook” with 3-5 years of experience in Mexican cuisine
especially vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.The successful candidate
will need to     
Prepare
and cook individual vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free Mexican dishes     
Ensure
quality of food      
May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food
requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies     
Work
with minimal supervision     
Demonstrate “traditional “cooking techniques to cooking staff;     
Maintain
inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment     
Clean kitchen and work areas.      
Must be able to prepare authentic Mexican
Food with vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options.  Benefits:
