Ryuu Japanese Kitchen, we are an Authentic Japanese Restaurant in Vancouver Downtown. We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Restaurant assistant manager who has 2-3 years of experience in food service industry. Position: Restaurant assistant manager

Wage: 25.00 CAD per Hour

Terms of Employment: Full time, Permanent

Work Hours: 30 Hours/Week

Starting Date: ASAP

Location: 757 Seymour St. Vancouver, B.C. V6B 5J3

Job Duties:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant

- Recruit staff and training

- Set staff work schedules and supervise staff performance

- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices

- Provide customer service and address customer complaints or concerns

- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Employment Requirements:

Languages - English

Education - College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

or equivalent experience

Experience - 2 years to less than 3 years
