Jinya Ramen Bar is seeking to hire Evening Food Service Supervisor for Full Time Permanent position

Work Location: 1800 4 St SW #180, Calgary, AB T2S 2S4

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour plus tips, over time pay after 44 hours

This position will be in charge of takeout orders and overseeing the food delivery system of the  restaurant and coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure the food is packaged according to customers orders.

Duties include:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant. 
• Accept takeout orders and manage on line ordering system
• Coordinate with third party delivery companies regarding on line delivery promotions.
• Check and offer customers current restaurant promotions
• Coordinate with Kitchen staff to ensure orders are properly packed according to customer orders
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Prepare and submit sales reports
• Address customer complaints
• Ensure that all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school
• Previous work experience in a food service establishment
• Must be able to work 8-hour evening shift from: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• Have strong organizational skills with attention to details
• Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must have very good customer service skills
• Able to standing for extended periods of time
• Be a team player, flexible, dependable, reliable, client focused, and show initiative
