Job Description - Understands and follows all Bear's House Childcare and legal requirements;- Interacts directly with the children, providing quality care and creative programming;- Assists with the planning and implementing of a consistent child-centred program, in accordance with Bear's House Childcare standards;- Works with staff team to deliver a high quality and age appropriate programs and to attend all Bear's House Childcare professional development sessions and other training as scheduled;- Maintains a neat, orderly, and clean environment, including all activity and program areas, common spaces, and washrooms;- Ensures that all safety and supervision standards are implemented and maintained according to licensing and Bear's House Childcare requirements;- Releases children only to those authorized by parent/guardian, asks for identification in order to ensure that the authorized pick-up has been verified;- Maintains confidentiality of all information related to the centre, children, families and staff.
