Job duties:

-Plan and evaluate operations at store and make sure that work is performed in an organized manner.

-Make sales reports, expense reports and budgets on monthly basis.

-Establish sales goals and implement measures to achieve set target.

-Prepare work schedules and assign job duties to the sales team.

-Evaluate performance of sales staff and provide necessary training to improve performance.

-Resolve customer complaints that may arise and demonstrates exceptional customer service skills with both clients and vendors.

-Determine staffing needs, Interview, hire and train new staff members.

-Monitor inventory levels and order new products as required.

-Assist with staff coaching and training where required

Job requirements:

-Completion of high school education is required.
-Must have two years of previous work experience in retail sector.
-Knowledge of English language is required.
-Must be confident and have a positive attitude.
