Job Duties

• Coordinate daily activities of gas station and convenience store while supervising cashier;
• Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandise to the company’s standards
• Maintain sufficient inventory and order routine merchandise;
• Resolve customer complaints when needed, including authorization of returns;
• Handle customer questions, complaints and issues
• Organize and distribute staff work schedules
• Hire cashiers and train or arrange for training;
• Handle cash and receipts for the sale of merchandise by performing duties such as counting, balancing cash, and securing cash in place at the end of the day;
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters;
• Perform the duties of cashier and other related duties when necessary;

Skill requirements 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people

Own Tools/Equipment: Internet access, Cellular phone

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding
