Salary: $20 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications:

- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required

- College/CEGEP is required

- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience is required

Job duties:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of Neo Coffee Bar;

- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures;

- Estimate the price of products and services;

- Recruit, train and supervise staff according to the operating standards, and hiring and training practices of Neo Coffee Bar;

- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance;

- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices;

- Ensure health and safety of employees are properly protected according to the health and safety standards of Neo Coffee Bar;

- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;

- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities;

- Develop, implement and analyze budgets;

- Participate in marketing plans and implementation;

- Address customers' complaints or concerns;

- Provide customer service when necessary;

- Conduct performance reviews;

- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms;

- Organize and maintain inventory

- Ability to Supervise: 11 to 15 people;
