The job requirements will be as below:

•      Supervise the work of cleaning crew members

·      Prepare work schedule and coordinate work activities with team members

•      Inspect sites/facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met

·      Monitor the quality of service and provide oversight to the cleaning crew

·      Manage and track the cleaning supply inventory; request cleaning supplies on a routine basis

·      Maintain cleaning gear and ensure the smooth functioning of equipment

·      Resolve work-related issues with the team and the client

·      Prepare a progress report and submit to the management

•      Prepare budget, estimate cleaning costs and maintain monthly financial records

•      Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs

·      Provide recommendations for additional maintenance services

·      Manage social media for new offers, vacancies, and advertisement

·      Assist team members in performing duties as required as per operational needs

·      Mentor and train cleaning staff

·      Handle customer escalations
