ITN Food Corporation is looking to fill the role of a Warehouse Supervisor. we are a family owner food distributor. Our primary focus is on South- Asian food products.The successful candidate will be a motivated, innovative and self-starting individual. The ability to lead a team and work with all levels of the organization from warehouse employees to senior management is essential.. This role will include the direct supervision of staff members and warehouse .

JOB DUTIES

Delivering supplies to departments by receiving and transferring items.
Processing purchasing transactions.
Supervise and Review the work of employees engaged in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of materials.
Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Establish work schedules and procedures.
Resolve work-related issues prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments
Maintain costs within allocated budget.
Respond to client’s inquiries.
Hire and Train New employees in duties and policies.
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Requisition supplies and materials
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the higher management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Completion of Secondary School is required

Minimum: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or related occupation are required.

Knowledge of computer, MS Excel, MS Word etc. is an asset.

Knowledge of English language is required.

Must have effective supervisory skills and knowledge of supply chain management
