Job requirement:

-          Education: Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science is required;  

-          Minimum 5 years of experience in software, programing or in the related field;

-          Ability to communicate well in English;

-          Excellent interpersonal skills;

-          Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems; and

Job Description

Job duties:

1.  Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction;


2.    Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees, vendors and contractors;

 

3. Confer with clients to identify and document requirements, conduct business and technical studies, design, develop, integrate and implement information systems business solutions, and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery;

 

4. Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means;

 

5.   Conduct system security analysis, confer with clients to identify and document requirements, assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware and develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches;

 

6.     Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use;

 

7.  Conduct independent third-party reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems;

 

8.    Create functional and technical design documents based on business requirements;

 

9.   Performs application profiling and deals with java and database performance issues; and


10. Conduct debugging and complications of the programs.
