• Coordinate and supervise work of general farm workers.
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
• Ensure farm safety and procedures are followed.
• Maintain quality control and production records.
• May perform general farm duties, when required.

Job Requirements:
• Must have at least one year of farming work experience
• Basic knowledge of English language is required
• High School education is required.
