Job Duties:
• Operate and drive tractor-trailer, articulated or straight-body trucks to transport goods and materials on    longhaul routes throughout Canada and  USA
• Performing pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems, equipment and cargo securement
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
• Completing paper work including log books, trip reports, inspection reports and other documents as needed
• Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
• Receive and relay information to central dispatcher
